1) Doesn't look like an official mirror - are you sure this mirror
actually works, and mirrors lenny, and the files are really correct
and working?
2) on which host distribution/version are you? The debootstrap on etch
does probably not work correctly with lenny - download the version
from lenny, in that case - it will be compatible with building etch
chroots.
