[xen-tools] Caching Packages with rpmstrap

Hi,

Is there a way to cache the rpm files and headers to the host system 
during the rpmstrap installation similar to the --cache option for 
debootstrap?  I don't think it's supported in the xen-tools program, but 
I wanted to see if anybody might have a workaround to make this work easily.
